We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and scale digital marketing efforts across all company brands. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, revenue-focused, and well-versed in modern marketing tools, including AI-driven platforms. This role requires someone who can plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to drive measurable business growth.
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Manage and scale paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok Ads
- Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth aligned with business targets
- Utilize AI-powered marketing tools for campaign optimization, automation, and insights
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and traffic
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using data-driven insights
- Manage marketing efforts across all company brands, ensuring consistency and effectiveness
- Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize campaigns for ROI
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, sales, product) to align marketing strategies
- Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing or a related role
Strong hands-on experience with:Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) TikTok Ads SEO (on-page & off-page)
Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth targets
- Familiarity with AI marketing tools (e.g., automation, analytics, content generation tools)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make decisions
